Started sketching my D&D character on paper last month, now I just type prompts and it feels weird
I used to spend 2 or 3 hours every Sunday sketching my tiefling rogue in a cheap notebook I bought at Target, fixing the horns over and over until they looked right. About a month ago I got tired of erasing holes in the page and typed a prompt into one of those free image tools instead, and it spat out something better than anything I ever drew in like 20 seconds. Now I have 40 versions of her and I honestly can't tell which one is "mine" anymore, which kinda bugs me. Part of me feels like I skipped the whole point of making something, but the other part looks at my old sketchbook and doesn't miss it at all. Anyone else go through this where the AI version is better and you still feel weird about it?
