Changed my mind about field surveying after a drone demo in Ohio

I always thought drone surveys were just for fancy photos and not real archaeology work. Then a buddy invited me to watch his demo over a 2 acre site near Columbus last month. He showed me how the thermal imaging picked up buried wall outlines we missed walking the grid. Now I'm saving up for a basic DJI unit for my next dig. Has anyone else had luck with drones for spotting subsurface features?
