Vent: Bought a $70 'heavy duty' ball joint press and it bent on the second truck
The screw stripped and the cup cracked on a 2012 Silverado. I watched a guy at the shop in Boise press the same joint out in two minutes with a $200 OTC set. What are you all using that actually holds up?

Did yours have that little plastic cup that just explodes under pressure? Mine did the same thing on a rusty F-150, and the screw threads looked like they got chewed by a dog. I finally gave up on the cheap ones and found a used OTC kit on marketplace that has pressed everything I've thrown at it since.
