My date at a coffee shop last Tuesday ended with me spilling latte on her dog
I finally got the courage to ask out this girl from my gym. We met at Brew & Bean on 3rd Street. Everything was going fine until her little chihuahua jumped on my lap and I jerked back, sending my whole latte flying onto the dog. She had to leave early to wash him off at a pet groomer. Was it the dog thing or was she just not into me from the start?

Honestly, "dogs and coffee don't mix" is kind of a perfect example of a bigger thing I've noticed. It's like our everyday lives run on these two separate tracks the boring human stuff and the chaotic pet stuff. You're just trying to get your morning routine done and bam your dog decides to knock over your mug. It's the same pattern with like, trying to fold laundry or eat a sandwich. The universe basically says you can have a calm moment or a happy dog but not both.
