After last night's party, I see the flaw in how we report disturbances
My neighbors had a loud bash until 3 AM, so I called the non-emergency police line. They showed up two hours later when the music was already off. It hit me that slow response times make reporting noise totally ineffective! We need a better process, like instant alerts for patrol cars in the area.
