My neighbor's 90 minute drum practice turned into 15 minutes after one talk about thin walls
He used to start at 9pm sharp, 90 minutes of it, until I slipped a note under his door saying my bedroom shares that wall and I clock in at 5am. Now he wraps by 10:15 and the kick pedal barely comes through, has anyone else had a noise talk actually stick past the first week?
Read somewhere that noise talks stick way better when you give a real reason instead of just asking them to stop, so the 5am thing probably did the trick. Just hope it holds once he gets a new song stuck in his head.
