Back when I rented on Wilcox in 2017 I would walk over and ask the guy to turn it down and that worked about half the time. Now I screenshot the decibel app reading off my phone at 1am and forward it to the property manager, and honestly I can't decide if that's smarter or just sadder. Does anyone still do the face to face thing or is that dead now?
