Spent $80 on a Park Tool torque wrench and it saved a carbon frame from my own hands
A customer brought in a $3,000 Trek with a cracked seat clamp bolt because I'd been guessing by feel for 6 years. Now I keep the wrench on the bench and check every carbon bike, so what's your cutoff for torque specs versus just going by hand?
