What was it about that one thing that got to you, was it how he set up the fire or how he worked it? Most folks swear off coal because of the smoke and the mess, but the real turnoff for a lot of people is just never seeing it done right in person. Seeing somebody who knows what they're doing can flip your whole view on it.
