Voice assistant gave me a recipe for poison ivy tea, had to call poison control

I was cooking dinner on Tuesday night around 7pm and asked my smart speaker for a tea recipe using random herbs from the garden. It spat out some combination that included poison ivy leaves listed as 'wild mint' which is insane. I didn't drink it, but my wife had already poured a cup and took one sip before I screamed at her to stop. We called poison control and they said she'd be okay but told us to monitor for swelling for 48 hours. I deleted the voice assistant's access to my recipe apps and now I only use websites with actual photos, but has anyone else had a smart speaker give dangerously wrong info like this?
