Every generation forgets how they learned to use tech
My Gen Z coworker laughed at me for printing directions, but she had to ask me how to change the margins in Word last Tuesday. We all learned from someone, so why does each group act like the next one is clueless for not knowing something they never had to do. Has anyone else seen this cycle repeat at work?
