Hot take: My snack bowl trick saved our game night
Food was always a problem during our board game meetups. Chips would crumble on the board, and drinks almost tipped over. I began giving each person their own small bowl with dry snacks. Popcorn, cereal pieces, and dried fruit are good picks. It stops spills and keeps hands clean for handling cards. Last time, we played without any food mess for hours. Everyone could think about their moves, not the mess. Give this idea a go for smoother gaming.

Speaking of snack disasters, my buddy once tried to carry a full pizza during a movie night. He caught his foot on the rug and did this wild stumble, sending slices sliding cheese-first under the couch. We were finding dried cheese flakes for weeks.

Genius! I would absolutely be the one to trip and launch my personal snack bowl across the room.

During a movie night at my place, I did almost the same thing. I tripped over a cord and launched a bowl of chips onto the couch. I mean, it took forever to get all the crumbs out, so I feel your pain.
