My dad's board game phase is changing our weekends
For years, weekends were just chores and TV. I got a board game for my birthday last month. Now my dad sets up the game after dinner. We laugh and argue over rules together. It feels like we are actually connecting for the first time in ages.

That rules thing is totally normal for board games. Arguing over them is basically part of the fun, not a real problem.

Has arguing over board game rules always been fun for you? I used to get really annoyed when people would fight about the rules. But your point made me see it in a new light. Now I think it's just part of the game night experience. What's the best rules argument you've ever had?
