Shoutout to the binder in Tulsa who told me my grain direction was running sideways on every spine
I had been folding signatures against the grain for probably 40 books because nobody ever checked my work that close. Now I run a fingernail test on every sheet before it hits the bone folder, and the spines lay flat for the first time, anybody else have a mentor catch something this basic?
