Hit 10,000 steps for 100 straight days and it changed how I watch shows

Ngl, I didn't plan this. I just started pacing during boring parts of movies and it snowballed. After hitting 10,000 steps for 100 days in a row, I noticed I finished way more shows than before. Like I binged all of Breaking Bad in 3 weeks just walking around my tiny apartment. The treadmill desk idea never worked for me, but walking in circles during dialogue scenes? Game changer. Has anyone else found a weird habit that made your screen time more productive?

Man, I feel this so hard. I started doing the same thing during Law & Order reruns and now I can't watch anything sitting down. My partner thinks I'm losing it because I'll just be circling the coffee table during the slow parts of a show. It's wild how much content you can burn through when you're moving instead of scrolling your phone during the boring bits. Breaking Bad in three weeks is impressive though, I think I did Better Call Saul in like a month and a half just wandering around my living room.

Wait is it bad that I've been doing this for like a year now? My roommate thinks I'm possessed because I walk laps around the kitchen island during every single Netflix show. I swear I've watched all of Grey's Anatomy twice and my Apple Watch thinks I'm training for a marathon or something lol.
