My buddy told me to drop $9 on Stardew Valley for my 45 min train ride and I owe him lunch now
I ride the L from Logan Square into the Loop every morning, about 45 minutes each way, and I kept telling my buddy Dave I was bored out of my mind on the train. He said stop scrolling on your phone and just buy Stardew Valley, it's 9 bucks and it'll eat your whole commute alive. I blew him off for like 3 weeks because farming games sounded dumb to me. Then I finally caved on a Tuesday and by Friday I had missed my stop twice because I was too busy fixing my sprinkler layout. I've now put in like 60 hours in a little over a month and my switch battery dies before I even hit the loop. Dave wants me to admit he was right and I'm basically ready to buy him a burrito over it. Anyone got a switch game that actually works for a short train ride and won't make me miss my stop?
