Can we talk about the supply store clerk in Tulsa who told me my notebook obsession is backwards?
I was at a little paper shop in Tulsa last month and the clerk watched me spend 20 minutes picking out my 4th dotted notebook of the year, then she said 'you keep buying new ones but you never fill the old ones, right?' and I literally went quiet because she was right, my shelf has 6 half-used journals. I went home and counted, and out of 11 notebooks I've started since 2022 only 2 are actually done, which means I've been chasing the perfect setup instead of just using what I have. So my question is, does anyone else buy new journals to avoid finishing a messy one, or is it just me?
