Just noticed my knife block went from 9 slots full to 3 in about 2 years, not sure if I should rebuy
I checked my knife block last night and did a count, 3 knives left out of the 9 slots that used to be full. I know I ditched the ones that rusted in the dishwasher and gave a couple to my brother when he moved to Tucson, but I can not figure out if that is normal or if I just slowly lose things. Should I replace the missing ones and get the block full again, or is 3 knives really all anyone needs?
