My shop vac ate a client's $200 drawer pull and I found it 3 weeks later in the hose

I was vacuuming out a finished maple cabinet in the garage when the pull disappeared up the nozzle, and after tearing the whole shop apart I gave up until the hose clogged today and there it was, scratched to hell and back, so now I'm ordering a $12 inline filter, anybody got a brand that actually catches screws?
