Vent: My truck's ladder rack snapped on a job in Duluth last Thursday
The whole thing came down on a customer's driveway because a weld I didn't see had rusted through. Anyone have a good shop for rack repairs up here?

Yeah, that rust can sneak up on you. I'd check with the welding shop over on Central Avenue, they fixed a similar issue for me last year.

That bit about rust sneaking up on you is so true. It feels like everything built to last just... doesn't anymore. Makes you wonder what else is about to give out.
