Serious question, why does a quiet talk with my cousin beat a 200 reply pile-on every single time?
My cousin got dragged online 4 months back for an old photo. 200 replies in 2 days, all piling on. She barely left her apartment in Baltimore. I called her up instead of adding a comment and we talked for an hour. She is not a bad person, she just messed up years ago like anybody else. Now I see people get torn apart by strangers who never met them over stuff from 2013. What changed your mind about call-out posts, and what made you rethink it?
