Used to freehand all my baseboards until I botched a $400 job in a millionaire's house near Dallas

Now I laser measure every angle twice and cut with a digital miter saw on site. Has anyone else had a pricey mistake finally knock the cowboy out of their process?

Yeah I had a laser crosshair save my bacon after I overshot a crown molding cut by a quarter inch in a custom home.
