My old boss in Cleveland said I'd regret quitting, 3 months later he's asking me for a job
He swore the place would fall apart without me and that nobody else was hiring for what I do, but I left anyway for a $6 raise and now he's texting me asking if my new spot has openings, so I'm wondering if anyone else had a mentor call it wrong and how you handled it without being a jerk about it.
