That's a new record for our Tuesday service and it happened because they wanted to try the whole tasting menu. Anyone else seeing more tables going all-in like that lately?

Saw a food writer talk about this last week. Called it "menu completionism." Said people now treat specials like limited edition items they have to collect. Makes sense if you think about how social media works.

Is that really a big deal or just a table having a good time? Sounds like three people who were hungry and liked the menu. I don't see a trend, just one table making a choice. Maybe they were celebrating something.
