I finally quit copying YouTube tutorials and broke my own to-do app in 20 minutes
I was sitting in my truck on a lunch break in Boise last week, following along with a 12 hour Python video, and I realized I had typed every line right but couldn't tell you what any of it did. So I closed the laptop, deleted the whole file, and tried to build a dumb little to-do list from nothing, which crashed on line 4 because I forgot how lists even work. Is this normal for beginners, or should I go back to following along until stuff actually sticks?
