Rant: my local shop's pull list beat the big online subscription for me, and it was not close
I tried a mail order comic subscription for 6 issues and every single one showed up bent in my mailbox here in Boise, but my local shop holds my pulls in a bag with a board and I grab them every Wednesday. The difference is I can flip through a book before I buy it and the guy behind the counter actually tells me when a series is about to get good. Does anyone else stick with their shop even when online is a couple bucks cheaper per issue?
