I used to think olaplex was just hype till I saw my client's hair after 4 weeks
She came in with bleach fried ends from a box dye disaster and after 3 sessions spaced a week apart her hair actually felt like hair again, so now I'm eating my words and recommending it to everyone, what's your go-to repair treatment when a client's hair is basically straw?
I was right there with you thinking it was all marketing until I watched a friend's bleached hair come back to life over a month or so. For me it's still good old protein treatments and a solid deep conditioner, just depends on how bad the damage is. Sometimes the hype is actually real.
