Spent $80 on a 'professional' color remover, my client's hair is still orange

Last Saturday I tried that new color remover everyone's been hyping on Instagram, figured it would be faster than my usual strip and tone. Client's been orange for 3 days now and I had to comp the full corrective yesterday, anyone else had this fail or am I the only one dumb enough to fall for the ads?

Ugh, the real issue is probably that you didn't check the developer's volume, most folks miss that and just blame the remover. That's how you end up with a melted cuticle and permanent carrot top.
