Showerthought: Treating password changes like meal prep keeps my accounts safe

I noticed I was using the same password for everything, just like I used to eat the same boring lunch every day. After a scare where a shopping site had a breach, I decided to mix things up. Now, I spend a Sunday afternoon setting up new passwords and storing them in a manager. It's a chore, but so is chopping veggies for the week. The key is making it a habit. My accounts are more secure, and I don't stress about leaks. It's a small change with a big payoff, much like swapping soda for water. Honestly, it's become second nature, and I feel more in control.

My gym routine finally stuck after three months.

Congrats on making it past the three-month hump! That's usually when exercise stops being a chore and turns into a lifestyle. Like, you start planning your day around the gym instead of squeezing it in. The mental friction drops way down because your body expects the movement. Plus, those endorphins become a regular reward system. Pretty neat how our brains adapt, lol.

After that point, skipping a session feels weird... like missing part of your day.
