Vent: Tried coworking in a WeWork for 3 months vs just working from my van in Sedona, and honestly the van won by a mile

The WeWork was $300 a month and I spent half my time fighting for outlets or listening to someone's loud Zoom call, while my van setup cost me nothing extra and I had the red rocks as my view, so has anyone else ditched the expensive coworking spaces for something way simpler?

Heard from a buddy who tried that @clark.robin approach until a librarian asked him to leave for napping in a corner.

Did you ever try just grabbing a library card? My local library has free wifi and nobody cares if I park my laptop there for four hours.

Libraries are honestly the best kept secret for remote work, and @clark.robin nailed it. The free wifi alone saves you the $300 a month, and nobody bugs you about how long you stay. Plus most libraries have those quiet study rooms you can snag if you need to take a call or just want some peace. Ditching the fancy coworking spot for a van or a library desk is a no brainer once you realize all that extra cash adds up fast.
