Heads up on humidity and finish clouding.

I lost a day's work because of it. Check your shop's moisture level before starting.

Is humidity always the real issue? I've seen clouding happen in controlled environments with low moisture. The finish type and how you apply it matter just as much. A rushed coat or poor mixing can cause problems regardless of the air. Focusing only on humidity might make you miss simpler fixes. I always double check my process before I start tracking shop conditions.
