DAE have a weird coincidence with their reusable bags?

I've been carrying my own bags to the store for a while now to cut down on plastic. Last week, I totally blanked and left them in my car. Just as I was about to ask for paper bags, a lady in front of me handed me three extra bags she didn't need. They were the same sturdy kind I always use, and even in a color I like. It felt like a glitch, like reality was patting me on the back. That little moment made my whole day and reminded me why I do this. Now I'm even more pumped to keep up my green habits. Has anything like that ever happened to you?

Yeah like one time I found a reusable bag in my trunk I forgot about, and it had an old grocery receipt still in it. The weird part was the date on the receipt was exactly a year before that day. I mean it was probably just a total fluke but it made me stop and stare for a second.

Seriously that happens way more than people notice. Grocery shopping is a weekly habit so dates line up all the time. You probably had that bag floating in your car for months and just happened to clean your trunk on the same calendar date. Total random chance, not a sign.
