Log InWe switched to them about 6 months ago. Big upgrade from our old generic answering service. They actually understand legal intake—asking the right questions and flagging potential conflicts. Bilingual support is a plus too. We've signed a couple of personal injury cases from their after-hours captures.
Yeah, they're solid. Setup was pretty painless and the reporting is good. Only downside is cost if you're a solo, but for a multi-attorney firm it's worth it.
