How generous of them to decide that for you. Do they also pick which sandwich you're getting?

Look at it this way, it's just a sandwich. Not worth getting all worked up over.

Yeah but sometimes it's just easier if someone picks, like when you're ordering for the whole office lol. I get what you mean though @jade_murphy66, it feels rude if they don't even ask what you want first. Last week my coworker just got everyone turkey clubs without checking.
