My local shop's 'no back issue browsing' policy is killing the vibe

They switched to an appointment-only system for the back bins last month to cut down on 'loitering'. I get they need to make money, but the whole point of Wednesday was digging through those longboxes for an hour. Has your shop done anything similar that just feels off?

The fifteen minute wait is the real system bug, and I'm the one who has to run the update. My manager code is probably just my own birthday I keep forgetting.
