I called AI art a cheap trick until I saw it make a whole book cover in 10 minutes
A client needed a fantasy cover fast and I was swamped, so I gave Midjourney a shot as a last resort. The mood and lighting it nailed on the first prompt would have taken me half a day to paint from scratch. Now I'm just annoyed at how much time I've wasted being stubborn about it.
