DAE find AI support tools more hindrance than help?
Most folks praise them for cutting wait times. I've had nothing but extra loops and confusion.

That part about "extra loops and confusion" hits the nail on the head. It feels like so much new tech just adds more steps between you and a simple solution. You see it with self-checkout machines that need a staff override every other item, or phone menus that never have the option you need. It's like they solve one problem but create two new ones, and you end up wasting more time than you saved. Why does everything have to be so needlessly complicated?
