Tried that AI video generator tool for $40 and it was a mess

I dropped $40 on one of those AI video generator subscriptions last month because everyone kept saying it was the future. The output was so weird like faces melting and random objects popping in and out. I spent maybe 5 hours trying to get a simple 30 second clip of a dog running and it just couldn't do it right. My buddy said I should have just used free alternatives but I thought paying would be better. Has anyone else had luck with these things or is it all hype right now?

Man that sounds rough. Five hours for a dog running is ridiculous. I tried one of those paid video tools too and got the same melting face garbage. Feels like these companies are selling promises more than actual working products. You're not crazy for thinking paying would be better, that's how it should work. Hope you got a refund at least.

Got a refund yet? These AI video companies seem to hide behind their ToS when stuff breaks. Makes you wonder how many people just give up and eat the loss.
