inA 30-foot spruce in Boise decided to split right down the middle as I was setting my line.
That must have been terrifying to feel it split while you were tied in.

inA client in Boise once told me my clinches looked like 'a blind bear did them' and I've used a different hammer ever since.
Switched to a wood handle years ago. The shock absorption is way better than fiberglass, no more tingly hands after a long day.

inI used to think digital pattern making was just a fad for big companies

inHad a customer ask for a 'bone-in' ribeye at the shop last week...
My local hardware store does the same thing with basic lumber sizes. They keep the common stuff up front, but if you ask for an odd cut or a specific grade of plywood, they have it in the back. It’s like a lot of places default to the menu board and forget the real service is in the back room. I always appreciate when they take the extra minute.

inI was trying to make a picture of a knight in a forest and kept typing 'knight' and 'forest' and getting junk. Then I saw a kid's drawing on my fridge and it clicked.
Try "kid's drawing of a castle" next time.
