My air fryer chicken disaster at the family cookout
Tried to make 2 pounds of wings for the 4th of July. They came out dry and stuck to the basket. I realized I forgot to pat them dry first. Anyone have a good method for crispy wings that don't stick?

Look, I messed up wings for a whole Labor Day party once, so I get it. But jones.anna is right about the cornstarch trick, it's a game changer. Honestly though, is it really that big of a deal if they stick a little? You're still eating fried chicken. I just toss mine in a bowl with a little oil and baking powder now, not cornstarch, and they come out fine. The real key is not crowding the basket, even if it means doing two batches. Dry wings are a bummer, but it's not the end of the world.
