Rant: My vacation in Greece flipped my view on air fryer fish forever
Honestly, watching a local grill whole sardines over coals made me try it in my air fryer and now I'm hooked.

It's funny how travel food hacks make us rethink kitchen gadgets. Bet the air fryer's quick heat mimics those coals pretty well. Now I wanna try other grilled stuff in there.

Travel really does flip your kitchen habits upside down. I had a similar moment in Spain with grilled peppers, then tried them in the air fryer. The crispy skin and smoky taste came out surprisingly close to the real thing. @riverthompson got it right about the quick heat copying, my air fryer is now my favorite for grill marks. Once you start, it's hard to stop experimenting with different foods. My wallet hates me for all the extra groceries, but my taste buds are thrilled.
