My buddy swore I was running alarm wire wrong for years then I found out he was the one doing it backwards

@west.henry is wrong on this one. Alarm wire definitely has a clear direction for the stripe side. Whoever installed it first set the standard, everybody else just follows that. Been doing this 15 years and never had a callback after switching to my method. Your buddy owes you an apology.
