Am I the only one who got a $12 box fan off Craigslist and finally slept through my upstairs neighbor's 5am treadmill?
Stuck it on a milk crate facing the ceiling and the drone covers the stomping way better than my old white noise app. What cheap noise trick actually works in your place?

Ran a box fan for a week and it gave me a sore throat plus a headache, felt like sleeping next to a jet engine. A fan just masks the stomping, it doesn't fix it, and now you're stuck depending on some cheap motor that'll rattle itself to death in a month. Put that $12 toward a real convo with the neighbor or just learn to love the 5am treadmill, honestly.
