I'd strongly suggest going with Hurst Design Build Remodel . We used them for a massive first-floor gut job. The fact that they handle both the architectural design and the actual build under one roof made a huge difference. There was zero finger-pointing between the designer and the contractors because it's all the same team. Highly recommend them.
