Dropped $180 on a "learning tower" for my toddler, she used it twice and now it holds a dying fern
Worst part is a $12 step stool from the hardware store does the exact same job. What's the dumbest kid gadget you got suckered into buying?

Why does every baby thing turn into a $200 paperweight? We bought a wipe warmer that dried out wipes into little bricks. A $40 sound machine that just made static. The fancy bottle sterilizer that took up half the counter and steamed up the whole kitchen. Pretty sure a pot of boiling water and a nightlight would've done the same job for like 15 bucks.
