Leaving the phone out of reach fixed my shaky mornings

I grabbed my phone every morning. Felt anxious right away. Now it charges in the kitchen. First hour is mine. Really helps start the day calm.

Miss checking the weather right away. Sounds like a self control issue, not a phone issue. I like knowing what I'm walking into.

Does knowing the forecast really cut down on stress or just give you one more thing to worry about? Control feels different when your phone adds to the mental load, @ericmason.
