Warning: My whole latte art process got flipped upside down after a talk with my barista
Used to just pour the milk in a hurry and call it good, but she showed me how tilting the cup and waiting 10 seconds before pouring actually makes a difference. Now my rosettas actually look like leaves instead of blobs. Any other home brewers figure out a trick that changed their morning routine?

And once you get the hang of that, try tapping the pitcher to pop any bubbles before you pour...

Tapping the pitcher is good advice but does that actually get rid of all the little bubbles or just the big ones on top? I always worry there's still tiny ones hiding in the middle that'll mess up the pour once you tip it. Seems like you'd have to tap it pretty hard to really shake them loose all the way through.
