My brother told me to just use my phone for astro shots and I thought he was crazy

I mean, he lent me his phone mount for my telescope and the photo of Orion I got last night is way better than my old point-and-shoot. Anyone else surprised by what a phone can do?

Seriously, the phone's software is doing so much heavy lifting in the dark. It's like having a tiny photo lab in your pocket that your old camera just didn't have.

Yeah, that "way better than my old point-and-shoot" feeling is so real, my first phone moon shot blew my mind.
