A customer's simple thank you note made my week

I finished a full quarter panel replacement on a 2012 Civic for a man named Mr. Henderson last Thursday. When he picked it up, he just shook my hand and said, 'You gave my old car a second life.' He mailed me a thank you card two days later, which I still have on my toolbox. Do you all keep little things like that from jobs that went well?
