Hit 500 consecutive fault-free board repairs last month - how do you track your own numbers?

Honestly, I never thought I'd hit 500 consecutive board repairs without a single rework, but I did last month at the MRO in Tucson. Some guys swear by logging every failure and success, others just eyeball it and move on. I'm curious, do you track your own repair milestones or just let the work speak for itself?

Tracked every single repair for two years straight and it only made me second-guess my methods. The numbers can mess with your focus if you let them.

Oh man, tracking numbers sounds like a nightmare, honestly. I mean, @gonzalez.reese has a point - I'd probably start obsessing over every little thing and forget why I'm even doing the work in the first place. Like, imagine logging 499 repairs and then screwing up number 500 just because you were too busy staring at a spreadsheet instead of paying attention to the board. No thanks, I'll just wing it and hope for the best.
